T & W Electrical have succeeded in securing the Electrical installation to a new Veterinary clinic in Hampshire.

TW Electrical contractors have been instructed to carryout everything from the full electrical design, production of working drawings through to Electrical installation of all systems.

All equipment is to be proposed source and supplied from a range of specialist suppliers and manufacturers

 

 

 

 

T&W Electrical on this project are liaising with a separate mechanical contractor, Usually we provide both mechanical and installations.

Electrical supplies and controls are to be designed by our in house engineers to control all aspects from Air conditioning to Heat recovery ventilation and onwards to under floor heating systems deriving from gas boilers.

The Electrical installation will comprise the following elements all under taken ‘in house’ by our own ‘time served’ electrical engineers,

Full design with equipment proposals to meet the budgets provided.

Liaison with the Client, Architect, Main contractor, Mechanical contractor and all other trades 

Main and sub main distribution equipment MCB and RCBO protective devices

Energy efficient LED source lighting with controls for dimming.

Emergency lighting to BS5266 with full certification and provision of client log books

Supply and installation of specialist clean area lighting equipment sealed against the ingress of dust and water, 

Small power installation, Sockets, USB sockets, mechanical supplies, kitchen supplies

Structured Data cabling to Cat6 standard for networked computer system

Installation of cabling and outlets for display of corporate presentations to wall mounted screens. Wiring and provision for board room presentation projector systems.

CCTV with recording and remote monitoring, Access control using Fob based system.

Addressable fire alarm system to BS5839 through out the building with full certification and supply of log book.

Intruder alarm design and 1st fix cabling. The 2nd fix will be undertaken by one of our specialist sub contractors to meet current insurance standards,

Heating, lighting and environmental controls both design and installation

Production of Operation and Maintenance manuals incorporating test certification to NicEic and BS7671 standard.

Production of ‘As fitted’ drawings.

Solar PV panels are to be installed by one of our specialist contractors to enable harvesting of electricity from day light.
